James D. Tunick is the founder of the Law Offices of James D. Mr. Tunick is a highly accomplished criminal defense and civil rights attorney with over twenty five years of experience in federal criminal law and civil rights in Chicago, IL and in various federal courts throughout the United States.  He posses exceptional talent for trial advocacy, and has extensive experience in complex federal prosecutions, specifically large complex cases.  Mr. Tunick has chaired over 30 federal criminal trials and argued numerous cases before the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.  Mr. Tunick is licensed to practice in the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, State of Illinois and in various federal courts, including the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, Northern District of Indiana, Eastern District of Wisconsin and the Central and Northern Districts of Illinois.
